Yum, who doesn’t love a good smoothie! Smoothies are an ideal snack for weight loss. You can pack them with fresh fruits, veggies, and extra nutrients in the form of powders too.
Keep an eye on the ingredients you are using to keep them extra healthy. You can easily substitute options for weight loss friendly results. For example, ditch the sugary yogurt and just use water instead.

Everyone, no matter what age, loves this healthy snack for weight loss at our house. We always buy the highest quality option (typically Boar’s Head at our grocery store) so we avoid all the nasty stuff that can come with lower quality meats.
Notice we didn’t put “granola bar” because most of the time your classic granola bars really aren’t very healthy. They are full of sugars and other processed ingredients that can be secret killers for your weight loss goals.
