Mike’s Macros is one of the few macrobiotic diet apps you’ll find that was created JUST for the macro diet. Even better? It’s also free. The app was developed by a fitness coach and has a major focus on building muscle, body recomposition, and fat loss.
If you’re interested in the macro diet for losing weight, AND working on your body, this is a great option for you. If you’re only interested in the weight loss side, it might be too fitness oriented.
Because of the fitness focus of this macrobiotic diet app you have cool options like being able to set and save different macro ratios for different workout days. For example, you have a totally different ratio goal for heavy lifting days than rest days. The Mike’s Macros app makes the whole process easy. My Fitness Pal
